Career Competency Scale for College Students

The Career Competency Scale for College Students (CCS-CS) was developed in response to the new tool for assesses the perceived career competencies of college students in the New Millennium.

Knowledge of their competences or lack of them will help college students make better decisions on how to acquire more marketable skills, making them more competitive in the job market.

Every year, colleges and universities graduate a sizeable number of students and yet, six months after graduation, many of them are unable to find jobs. Job advertisements in the national dailies point out that job are available for those who are qualified.

The CCS-CS aims to help students, guidance counselors and psychologists assess some competencies in today’s world of work.
