Psycho-moral and Self-regulation Scale
PMSRS is particularly useful in the assessment of individual differences on Psycho-moral disposition and Self-regulation among Filipinos. Through the crossover of the social-cognitive construct and the trait paradigm HR specialists can understand fully the innate and manifest behaviors and tendencies of value-laden and self-regulated individuals.
Industrial settings and industrial/organizational (I/O) practitioners will find the PMSRS beneficial in describing and measuring individual differences of employees and applicants. Aside from basically measuring individual differences, the PM-SRS may be useful to determine the work related dispositional pattern of Filipinos. For those who perform poorly, possible interventions and training programs can be provided to help managers, administrators, and employees with undesirable traits, erratic behaviors, severe stress, and erroneous coping styles.
