Servant Leadership Inventory

The Servant Leadership Inventory (SLI)is an assessment tool to measure servant leadership practice, disposition, and potential. It is basically anchored on the theory of Robert K. Greenleaf (1970)of servant leadership. The theory presupposes that everyone has the potential to become a servant-leader.

Consequently, to be a leader and a follower are just as important, and “everyone from time to time may be in both rules”.
