Value Development is the process of making ethical discrimination between right and wrong, resulting in the formation of behavior, attitudes, conducts, practices, and habits with respect to rightness or wrongness. It is in many ways equated with moral development, if what an individual consider as desirable (referred hereto as “value”) meets the element of being right (moral).

Measures the level of moral judgment of children and youth based on Kohlberg's theoretical framework. It assumes that with increasing age, an individual intellectually processes the concept of goodness and badness with an equally increasing degree of sophistication.
